Shipping Rates

We offer simple, transparent shipping for all orders within the continental United States:

  • Orders $50 and over: FREE standard shipping
  • Orders under $50: $8 flat rate shipping

Processing Time

We roast our coffee in small batches to ensure maximum freshness. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take an additional 1-2 days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States. Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier conditions.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground to ensure your coffee arrives quickly and safely. The carrier is selected based on your location and order size to provide the best delivery experience.

Alaska, Hawaii & US Territories

We currently ship only to the continental United States (48 states). We are working to expand our shipping options to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories in the future. Please check back or contact us for updates.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping. We hope to expand our reach globally in the future. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. If you have any issues with tracking, please contact us.

Delivery Issues

If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your coffee.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Freshness Guarantee

We take great care in packaging our coffee to preserve freshness during transit. All coffee is shipped in resealable bags with one-way degassing valves to maintain optimal quality. If you receive coffee that doesn't meet your expectations, please contact us.
