Winter Blend

This is the blend our roasters wait all year to make. Built for the colder months, it pairs beautifully with milk and makes a sturdy foundation for all those winter drink recipes you’ve been meaning to try.

We bring it together with a thoughtful mix of natural and washed lots from St. Joseph Estate and Attikan Estate. It opens with warm brown-spice aromatics, then settles into a medium-bodied cup with a syrupy, rounded mouthfeel. Look for notes of cinnamon, cacao, roasted almonds, and raisins, all wrapped up in a lingering, chocolatey finish.
