Inspired by the bright yellow bloom that signals the start of Indian summer, this blend is our pick for a crisp, refreshing cup, especially as cold brew. It was first created as a dedicated Cold Brew Blend, but its range (it pops just as beautifully in a Pour Over or AeroPress) earned it a new name, borrowed from a beloved local tree.

Built from a mix of washed and natural coffees and roasted light, it highlights juicy fruit and zesty citrus. Expect a balanced profile with notes of blueberry and milk chocolate, finishing with a lingering cocoa sweetness.
